Loyalty Terms & Conditions
General
1 - Individuals who join the Adelaide Direct Stationers Loyalty Program agree to
be bound by these Member Terms and Conditions.
2 - The Member Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time without prior
notification by Adelaide Direct Stationers in its absolute discretion. Any
modification to the Member Terms and Conditions may be applied to a Member
retrospectively.
3 - Adelaide Direct Stationers will not accept any liability for any Member
Email that is misdirected, lost or not received.
4 - Adelaide Direct Stationers will not accept any liability for any Technical
Issues that may cause damage to any computer related to or used in connection
with the Adelaide Direct Stationers Loyalty Program.
5 - Adelaide Direct Stationers may collect personal information from Members
for the purpose of facilitating the Adelaide Direct Stationers Loyalty Program.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Adelaide Direct
Stationers Privacy Policy.
6 - Adelaide Direct Stationers reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify
or suspend the Adelaide Direct Stationers Loyalty Program or any aspect of it
or at its election, to payout any Loyalty Program, reset Spend Balances, at any
time and without notice. Without limitation to the foregoing rights, Supplement
Mart reserved the right to transfer Members to such other loyalty program
owned, operated, managed or administered by Adelaide Direct Stationers, its
‘related bodies corporates’ or ‘associated entities’ as those terms are defined
in Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
7 - Adelaide Direct Stationers will not be liable for any tax liability
incurred by a Member in connection with the Supplement Mart Loyalty Program,
including that incurred in the provision and/or utilisation of Loyalty Program.
8 - These Member Terms and Conditions are to be read in conjunction with any
additional conditions associated with Loyalty Program, including without
limitation with the Website Terms and Conditions and other relevant Adelaide
Direct Stationers policies and or terms and conditions.
9 - Adelaide Direct Stationers decision in relation to all matters arising in
relation to the Adelaide Direct Stationers Loyalty Program is final and
binding.
10 - Reference to a ‘day’ in these Member Terms and Conditions shall mean a 24
hour period ending at 11.59pm AEDT;
11 - Any failure or delay by Adelaide Direct Stationers in exercising its
rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Any
waiver by Adelaide Direct Stationers must be in writing and signed by an
authorised officer of Adelaide Direct Stationers.
12 - Nothing in these Member Terms & Conditions is intended to contravene
any applicable law. To the extent that any provisions in these Member Terms and
Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down so as to be valid
and enforceable, and otherwise must be severed to the extent of any invalidity
or unenforceability, without affecting the remaining provisions of these Member
Terms & Conditions.
Earning and
Redeeming Adelaide Direct Stationers Loyalty Points
1 - When a Member completes a transaction in-store, loyalty points earned in the
transaction are added to their loyalty balance on the same day.
2 - At its sole discretion, Adelaide Direct Stationers may update a Member
account with a Reward as a consequence of a purchasing behaviour, incentive
and/or promotional activities.
3 - Adelaide Direct Stationers reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or vary
the Loyalty Points without notice and at any time for any reason whatsoever in
its absolute discretion including without limitation Loyalty Points awarded in
error or Loyalty Points earned fraudulently.
4 - Loyalty Points cannot be sold, transferred or assigned and are not
redeemable for cash or any other like instruments, including (but not limited
to) gift vouchers and credit notes. Loyalty Points do not represent legal
tender.
5 - Loyalty Points cannot be earned using other Loyalty Points as part of the
transaction.
6 - If a Membership is terminated from the Adelaide Direct Stationers Loyalty
Program, all outstanding and future Loyalty Points will no longer be valid and
will be rendered null and void.
7 - Loyalty Points can be earned from or Afterpay purchase.
8 - When a Member returns a purchase in-store or via post, the net amount of
the transaction will be deducted from the Member's Spend Balance and the Reward
that was previously awarded will be adjusted or reversed.
9 - Loyalty Points cannot be redeemed on sale days.
10 - Loyalty Points cannot be earned or redeemed for customers already assigned
to an ongoing discount e.g Emergency Services. Any existing points will be
removed when customer has been assigned to a Discount Group.
11 - Customers’ Loyalty Point balance can be checked in any of our sites throughout
Australia.
12 - We currently are unable to offer a Loyalty Programme for online purchases.

Adelaide Direct Stationers (ABN 35 007 766 645) its related entities and its
authorised representatives.
Adelaide Direct Stationers Loyalty Program - the loyalty program operated by Adelaide
Direct Stationers providing Members with access to Loyalty Points in accordance
with these Member Terms and Conditions.
Valid Purchases - all purchase which are eligible to earn loyalty points. Any
purchases which are returned will not constitute Valid Purchases.
