In most cases orders to be delivered in the Adelaide metropolitan area will be dispatched from our warehouse NEXT DAY if the order is placed before 3:00pm. We deliver same day wherever possible otherwise shipping may take <1-2 working days. All deliveries inside the Adelaide metropolitan area will be delivered by an Adelaide Direct Stationers staff member.

 

 

Deliveries outside the Adelaide Metropolitan area may be subject to delivery fees depending on location. Call us for information on freight charges outside of the metropolitan area. Goods being shipped to a destination outside of South Australia are generally dispatched from our warehouse within <1-2 working days on a courier.

 

Otherwise, deliveries outside of the Adelaide Metropolitan area. To find out more please contact us. We can ship goods anywhere in Australia but additional freight charges may apply. Delivery of items can vary due to location.

 

Delivery outside of South Australia can take up to  2-15 working days. Delivery times interstate are dependent on size, courier, weight and delivery location of order.

Overall, bigger, bulkier, sensitive or weighty items, or some deliveries to outer/regional/rural areas, may be subject to additional delivery charges, and may incur extended transit times. This is usually due to their nature and the extra handling required in transporting them.

 

Orders on request can be delivered and left unattended in a safe place. ADS will not be liable if the goods are lost or taken from this request. If you are a business that is open our drivers may leave unattended within the business grounds if deemed safe and will take a photo of where the goods were left. 

 

We do not ship A4 and A3 copy paper boxes Nationally and will only be shipped with South Australia. If you have ordered a box to be delivered nationally our customer service team will be in contact with you.

The Express Delivery option is only valid between 8:30am - 2pm on business days, where credit approval and products availability are confirmed by 2pm on the same business day that the order is placed. Order must be over $50 excluding GST or over a certain amount.
