7. Shipping. (7.1) Items will only be shipped to addresses within Australia. (7.2) It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure postal details are correct. If you are not available to accept the parcel it will be delivered to your nearest postal facility. It is the customers responsibility to arrange collection within 10 working days. 8. Returns. Returns and exchanges are subject to Adelaide Direct Stationers (Also known as ADS) return policy. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using a promotional offer, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you. Gift Cards or clearance items are not eligible for refund.
